Notes

This is my most serious try-to-win deck that I have still assembled. It is also very redundant.

First off, the main idea is to use the Nevinyrral's Disk and Plague Boiler to keep the field mostly clear. Yavimaya Elder is to make sure I have plenty of lands. The two edicts are to help clear the field in the beginning and to also get rid of creatures that can regenerate. The Spiritmonger is immune to my board wiping effects due to its ability to regenerate. It is also pretty hard to kill and a very nasty card for a five drop, in my opinion.

Hymn to Tourach and Duress help make sure to get rid of any cards that can mess with my deck, and Regrowth gives me the ability to reclaim any Spiritmongers that may have died (or perhaps I want another disk back...sky's the limit). Finally, Animate Dead allows me to steal any juicy creatures from my opponent or recast a Spiritmonger.

I could improve this deck by added Pernicious Deed, but that would be expensive.
