This is a very gimmicky deck. I love it.

Basically, I put out a Mana Web and then make bad things happen to you when you tap your lands, and then forcing you to tap your lands during your upkeep (or lose all your creatures or something). Then I added in a lot of things that made you pay 1, because it goes nicely with Mana Web, plus bounce.

It can definitely be improved though. Rhystic Scrying stands out, it could use more Temporal Adepts (or Capsize and take out the Bubble Matrixes....?). Plenty of work to be done.
