Notes
The goal here is to ramp to the overlord. The first sliver you should get is hibernation sliver. This unconditionally protects all your slivers from anything. The life is not that important. Don't let slivers go to the grave yard. The next two slivers should be hivelord and crystalline. This will keep them out there from board wipes. Next should be manaweft/gemhide and heart. At this point the mana will always be there. Next up is the queen. Make tokens for a turn. Then get virulent and shifting. If you get quick at some point you can flash in the virulent for a quick kill. Giving people poisonous counters is how this deck wins. If this is somehow locked down you have necro and mnemonic to draw and removal. Get training grounds as soon as possible. Once you have your slivers with mana out blow up the lands. Once your slivers are indestructible, play a board wipe. Bring to light armageddon, seedborn muse, diabolic tutor to get training grounds.
My biggest questions right now are does this deck need protection against flying and does it need lifegain. If it does throw in the slivers that take care of that.
