The correct strategy is to prefer milling opponents graveyards first if there are decent targets to play around graveyard hate. If you must go for your graveyard, first use what's there and then mill yourself more, just keep the creature count in your graveyard low so opponents will wait with their graveyard hate or use it to a low value.

Bounce lands could be used to discard some fatties.

The deck is capable to mill opponents out of the game. However, it feels so good to mill half my library with Traumatize and then slam Praetor's Counsel !
