Notes
 
This multiplayer deck uses Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to abuse permanents' activated abilities requiring tapping them. To do so, the deck goes wide with token makers. Add mass removal to the equation (multiplayer hallmark) and the result is some planeswalker (and enchantment) support, too.

I deliberately avoid stax build, which I think is much stronger, but also much more boring to play against.
