This is my first attempt at a mill deck, but it didn't start out as a mill deck. It started as an attempt to build a deck around a card that I got in a booster that I always thought was really cool: Bazaar of Wonders, which counters any spell already in play or in the.graveyard. This deck has 2 obvious weaknesses: singleton decks, and Desert Nomads.
