My girlfriend was looking for a mono white pauper deck for a pauper tournament I want to hold at our local playgroup. I first looked at mono white bounce, which deviated from Boros monarch, but the article also mentioned metalcraft, and mono white had access to many of the cards required for this.

I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.
