Notes
[u]Basic Idea[/u]
While building another proliferate deck I found (and remembered) the Arcbound creatures, which would also have been nice, but they didn't fit into the build I was doing. So I started a new deck, and this is what I came up with.
[u]Tests[/u]
I have tested this deck against other pauper decks. The decks I tested against are a mixture of Control and Aggro and the result are recorded in a spreadsheet. If you're interested in details from the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.
