Notes

The basic idea for this deck came from finding Ardent Elementalist while looking through the cards from the new Innistrad set, which reminded me on an article (or deck, I don't know any more) about control using Mnemonic Wall and Flicker effects. First I played around with an Izzet version, but the flicker effects blue has are to expensive (2 mana+), and Cloudshift was simply to tempting, so I ended up with an Azorius version
