[NOTES]
- Vision Charm is (possibly) too powerful (as a 1-mana board wipe); use Magical Hack instead
- Mystical Tutor can (by the process of elimination) let you know exactly what is in your opponent's hand; use Portent or Chart A Course instead
- Accumulated Knowledge is too janky at Instant (some choose to run Take Inventory instead)
