[Necrotic Ooze wincon]
1.) You get Nooze, Phyrexian Devourer and either Walking Ballista or Triskelion into the yard (usually through Buried Alive).
2.) Recur Nooze, use Devourer's effect via Nooze to exile your library card by card to put a ton of +1/+1 counters on Nooze
3.) Then uses either Ballista or Triskelion's ability to ping your opponents to death with the counters.
NOTE: Nooze must be on the battlefield, and the others must be in the graveyard for this to work... how you get Nooze onto the battlefield can vary (graveyard tutor with Buried Alive, then recur with Meren is just the most common)


[Protean Hulk wincon]
...if you already have a sac outlet:
1.) Grab Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Walking Ballista
2.) Walking Ballista will be a +1/+1 creature (from Mikaeus) with no counters... sac Walking Ballista
3.) Walking Ballista returns to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter (from Mikaeus)... remove to ping an opponent, then sac Walking Ballista
4.) Rinse & repeat

...if you DON'T have a sac outlet:
1.) Grab Phyrexian Delver and Viscera Seer (or Carrion Feeder)
2.) Grab Protean Hulk with the Phyrexian Delver trigger
3.) Grab Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Walking Ballista, and follow above steps


[Mikaeus the Unhallowed and Triskelion wincon]
1.) Remove +1/+1 counter from Triskelion to ping opponent
2.) Remove two +1/+1 counters to kill Triskellion (remember, Triskelion will have +1/+1 from Mikaeus, so it's Toughness will be 2)
3.) Undying (from Mikaeus) triggers, bringing Triskelion back to the battlefield
4.) Rinse & repeat
[NOTE: you can also do this with Walking Ballista + sac outlet]
