R.e. Carnifex Demon vs. Midnight Banshee, I'd leave it with the Banshee since she doesn't hurt your own creatures.
Also, I'm glad you've realised that puntastic deck names are a winning formula :)
you now only have 4 spells which require 1 red mana, you could probably cut down the number of mountains you have

On the same theme, you should probably add 4*Dragonskull Summit.
It'd recommend Blood Crypt too, but they cost a fortune in £
Is having Dragonskull Summit and Blood Crypt overkill now that Terminate is the only red spell I have left. Any thoughts on the Rakdos Carnarium?
you can play the guildgate on turn one, which probably makes it a little better
Only a few of your cards actually require red mana, so you could probably cut down on your mountains and have more swamps. Although it probably won't matter much, since you have so many hybrids.
