In seriousness, you're going to struggle a lot early game - a lot of your creatures are high cost creatures. Even a lot of my Angel EDH is around the 4/5 cost mark (which is quite high!), but I have a few lower quicker creatures. You should get a Serra Avenger for one thing.
Practicality be damned!
Well this deck was never going to be about either subtlety or practicality :P Aiming to get Kaalia out as fast as possible, protected and then swinging every turn to pull down another demon/dragon/angel to pummel things!
That said I'm looking for good creatures with morph to swap in and maybe some disruption to buy time. Suggestions welcome :)
I think you need more ways of getting Angels/Demons into your hand, to ensure Kaalia is fully effective. Plus if she's not guaranteed to be protected, she might get bounced before you have chance.
Trying not to suggest basically the cards I have in my angel deck though :-P
I think the uncertainty is part of the fun - if it was a guaranteed face roll everytime there'd be no point. Does remind me I need to put Lightning Greaves in though :P
What changes would you make? Planning to put some smaller creatures in like Vampire Nighthawk as Mark suggests but they have to be good in their own right rather than just fast. It would be a bit of an anti-climax to get Kaalia out and then end up with a Dragon Hatchling :P

TBH I'm not sure about changes at this stage - I'd play a test game or two with what you've got, and then you'll soon see if you need to get a few quicker things.
Serra Avenger is definitely an addition you should look at; ditto a few of my other Angels in my 'Angelic Horders Come Forth' deck (although if you could avoid having basically the same angels, that'd be great :-P )
It's a black deck so Vampire Nighthawk is always possible, one of my favourite blockers.
