Notes
Per maldhound, this is a good target ramp package for a 6+ MV commander that wants to be on the battlefield sooner than later. Obviously it involves green.
The idea is to mulligan until you have a t1 ramp piece, and ideally a t2 mv3 piece. Wayfarer's Bauble and Font of Fertility are deceptive because they actually cost 3 mana to use.
Arbor Elf should not be used in a 3+ color deck, because you may be able to play it t1 with a non-forest mana source (e.g., Command Tower), but then not be able to use it t2.
Pick 9-10 from mv=1 and 9-10 from mv=3.
