Fiery Temper, Kitchen Imp, and Alms of the Vein are your madness payoffs, and give this deck quite a bit of burn. To setup madness efficiently, this deck relies on Blood token generators like Voldaren Epicure and Vampire's Kiss (which also function as extra burn), plus Faithless Looting.

This deck includes a bit of an artifact subtheme as well, to power out 4-damage Galvanic Blasts. With careful sequencing, Blood tokens and artifact lands should be enough to turn on metalcraft. The sideboard's quite hateful, with an excellent selection of cards for specific matchups (End the Festivities for Elves, Smash to Smithereens for Affinity, Pyroblast for blue control, etc).
