Well, the deck revolves around the combination of Neoform and Allosaurus Rider, which gives you access to obscene fatties like Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Ureni, the Song Unending, Griselbrand, and Atraxa, Grand Unifer as early as Turn 2. Summoner's Pact helps you assemble the combo more consistently (or setup a big Ghalta + Xenagos, God of Revels win) while Pact of Negation and Veil of Summer protect your combo.

The deck has a distinct vulnerability to countermagic, as getting Neoform countered essentially constitutes a 4-for-1 for your opponent. This is why it plays a full playset of Mystical Dispute, plus two maindeck Veils, with more in the sideboard.
