Rather than relying on the stale combination of Artist's Talent and Monument to Endurance, this deck has opted for the duo of Thor, God of Thunder and Improvisation Capstone. Thor is a guaranteed 2-for-1 that will rapidly zap your opponent to death if you untap with it, and also has a wombo combo with Capstone (which ensures 7+ damage each turn).

Another inclusion here is Lindblum, Industrial Regency. The Wizard tokens it provides help supplement this deck's late game burn plan, and the rest of your mana base is smooth enough to stomach a couple of tapped "Mountains". The rest of the deck consists of the usual suspects of Gran-Gran, Tablet of Discovery, and the best lessons from Avatar: the Last Airbender.
