If you choose to stay with those high mana casting cost creature, you NEED to play at least 35-36 lands.
Since you have some awesome equipment, think about playing wood elves, yavimaya dryad.
You should remove your extraplanar lens.
I don't like chord calling in your deck since you don't have low CC creature
