Zoop Whoop! (Izzet)

Those crazy tinkerers and wizards of the Izzet League just can't help but cause chaos with their constant stream of instants and sorceries! End game combo of Omniscience and Enter the Infinite following a Mnemonic Nexus (where else are you gonna do that but EDH?)!

Part of my 10 Guild EDH Experiment:
One deck per guild, only legal cards are:
-Ravnica and Return To Ravnica Block, plus Innistrad utility land, checkland, one walker, and any timeshifted/core set cards that bear the guild's mechanic
-Must align based on watermarks (no cross guild spells)
-Must contain both guild leaders and both guild champions so the player may choose whichever they prefer as general
-Must include all land and artifact cycles
-No card (outside of Pillar of Paruns and Command Tower) may be shared across guilds
-Each deck should focus on a particular play style
