Stealing Your Mind (Dimir)
Milling your opponents is the name of the game, as well as repeating your actions through cipher and tutoring through transmute. They'll never see it coming.
Part of my 10 Guild EDH Experiment:
One deck per guild, only legal cards are:
-Ravnica and Return To Ravnica Block, plus Innistrad utility land, checkland, one walker, and any timeshifted/core set cards that bear the guild's mechanic
-Must align based on watermarks (no cross guild spells)
-Must contain both guild leaders and both guild champions so the player may choose whichever they prefer as general
-Must include all land and artifact cycles
-No card (outside of Pillar of Paruns and Command Tower) may be shared across guilds
-Each deck should focus on a particular play style
