While there already is a bit of imperial mobility right from the start with Pistoliers and Broheim, things really get moving once Karl Franz enters the field (provided you've prepared some developments for him to sacrifice). Counterstrike is especially useful if your defenders can show up everywhere, so distribute those Blessed Hammers wisely.
