Notes

IMO, this is one of the most difficult Pauper decks to play. It's an aggro-control deck where you must constantly assess whether you are in aggro or control mode.

Hey, noticed your list was being used for the Pauper gauntlet and wanted to share some thoughts:
    My list: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/23-09-14-MEL-ug-madness/
I'd really recommend testing out Piracy Charm. It's really flexible in this deck:
-Kills unflipped Delvers, Spellstutter Sprites, most Elves and Goblins
    -Can deny opponent draws
-Can sneak in two extra points of damage
-Can make some threats unblockable (almost never needed)
-Can be used as a last-resort discard outlet
How has Quicksand done for you? I've not tried it myself.
I'd also personally recommend shifting some more Forests to slow-fetches, just to maximize t1 islands available for Daze.
Sorry if I seem like some $random from the Internet. I play mostly paper Pauper (online banlist), but I've played MTG for(what seems to be)ever and just started looking into the MTGO scene.

Hey thanks for the comments. I can't change the decklist while the Pauper Gauntlet is going on but always fun to discuss.

Your list looks pretty similar which is great. The biggest difference seems to be around the support spells. I think one of the problems with UG Madness in Pauper is the lack of space available for these spells. There are so many good cards that can go in, that it's really a metter of deciding what to leave out.

I like Snap because it is another 'free' spell and that gives you the flexibility to be able to cast on your opponents turn when you ideally want to be doing everything. Snap is more of an aggro-control card.

Piracy Charm is great and I could definitely see it in this deck. It is more of a control card but has so much flexibility. Maybe I could take out a Snap and a Waterfront Bouncer for 2x Piracy Charm?

Quicksand is okay. It's a way to sneak in an extra piece of removal without taking up a support slot. Comes into play untapped and can help to slow down an aggressive deck but it is sometimes harsh because of the colourless mana. Fills up the graveyard for Werebear and Circular Logic though. If I was going to put in some Evolving Wilds this would be the slot.
