I think I need Tempest efreet and Dance of Many.  :D

Making up my own rules on this. 

1) Cards should be cheap, things you'd be willing to give away if lost. Possibly restricting to only commons and uncommons with the exception of ante cards.
2) Only 2 ante cards allowed unless you win others.
3) When you lose a card you must sign it. 
4) Decks must contain all 5 colors.
5) All cards are restricted, nothing is banned.
