The idea is to use skullclamp to draw a bunch of cards while ramping into Triskelions and slowing bleeding opponents to death with disciple of the vault.
I've ran something similar before, but it was closer to affinity and didn't use the counter based creatures. In my old build Disciple drew a lot of hate and even accidentally killed opponents as I was greedy with skullclamps and doing lots of stuff on my turn.
I really am looking for a home for Tetravus, so it looks a little slow, but it spits out dudes for no extra mana investment, then the left over 1/1 body transmutes into something more useful. It also provides bodies for skullclamp and a place for +1/+1 counters. Free artifact tokes are also useful with Tolarian and Skullclamp.
