So I've swapped out two disciples for two grafdigger's cage which seems odd for a 'tinker' based deck, but allows me to still grab time vault while shutting down oath, reanimator and tinker for blightsteel decks.  The deck can then keep digging with skullclamp to get what it wants.  All of the mana rocks make it so things can be hard cast.

Debating running some more control.  I don't really want to shell out for Force of Will, but Foil would be ok,  Academy ruins could return any artifacts that were discarded.
