If the opponent is still alive, attack with Skyshroud Cutters. Use Sylvan Library/Dark Confidant to get cards fast. Don't worry about your own life total much. Kavu Predator still gets counters from life gain so you can attack to deal twice as much (for each opponent in the game!).
