Notes

(Any 2no instant / sorcery that gives 3 damage to a creature)
Furnace of Rath Enchantment 1RRR
Mogg Maniac Summon Goblin 1R 1/1

You just need to hit the maniac twice with the damage source

(Any sorcery that gives 3 damage to a player)
Spellweaver Helix Artifact 3

With 2 sorceries that gives 3 damage to a player the various graveyards, drop two Spellweaver Helix.  Each one imprinting a Bolt and a Shock.  Now whenever you cast a Bolt or Shock it will trigger both of the Helix's.  When one resolves it will cast a copy of the other and trigger the other Helix.  You can keep doing this and end up with a stack with thousands of triggers to wipe the board and kill your opponents when you decide to finally decline the option trigger from the Helix.  Also, if your opponent somehow manages to prevent what damage would have been lethal you've got 1 more trigger that you haven't responded to at the bottom of the stack so you can restart the damage :).

Helm of Obedience Artifact 4
Leyline of the Void / Rest in Peace

play your leyline of the void then play and activate the helm. since the cards never hit the graveyard, the helm never stops removing cards from their library. It mills them completely. once their library is gone, pass your turn. you win since they cant draw
