1) On your inventory page if you mouse-over the card you want to edit there will be an Edit button to the right. Clicking on that Edit button will popup a small dialog.
2) On the right side of this dialog is a gear icon. Click that icon.
3) Select the Foiled option.
4) Click Done.
5) Click Apply.

Alternatively, when you are adding cards via the import feature, you can skip step 1 as the most recently added card will be displayed at the top and you can edit the characteristics there.

Here are the "Tarkir Dragonfury" promos, Sebi. Looks like each of the 4 Tarkir Dragonfury promos are erroneously listed as prerelease promos in the db. I'll try to track down a picture for the prerelease Foe-Razer Regent.

Edit: SCG has a picture of the prerelease promo.

My guess is that this happens when the card has been traded for. I know I didn't enter any Hinterland Harbors into my inventory manually.

I noticed this with one of my cards in the last couple days. It is still happening. Not sure exactly what the cause is though.

I see a few updates from one of my friends from about a week ago, the 26th. Nothing since then, but it's possible my friends haven't made any updates.

Skullbriar has recently spiked, but it looks like it could keep going up since there is only 1 copy left on TCG.

While you are correct in that they show the same price when they should be different, they are both off in price. TCG mid shows Elspeth at ~$7.50 and Kiora at ~$5.

The problem is that there are no sellers for that particular printing and the Deckbox pricing algorithm generally runs off of current price listings.
