Hello,
Nope, right now you cannot edit feedback after you left it. If you made a mistake, please link the feedback here and we will change it for you.

Re: Using deckbox.org pictures (2 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hello zuko,
We provide the tooltip service free of charge to everybody, because the card names become links to our website, thus enlarging the community.
If you want to use the images without linking to us, I would suggest building a script that saves them on your server, so you can serve them from there instead of hotlinking from us.
You can email us for any other details on that at admin@deckbox.org

Re: Where is the "People with the most cards to offer me table" (4 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hey Shoe,
The widget was slowing down the profile page, and we've received some negative feedback on its usability and usefulness in its current shape. We have removed it temporarily, but we're adding it back in an extended shape soon (a special trade reports page probably).

Hello. When would you sort by loyalty instead of cost? Is there a specific situation that comes around often?

Hello Lithl, thanks for the feedback. Card details in decks we haven't gotten to implement yet, but we are working on improvements to details in inventory/ tradelist / wishlist right now, which should address some of your issues.

Re: Magic Set Missing (Duels of the Planeswalkers Decks) (3 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hi. This was indeed requested a few times, we really want to add it. We did not yet because it's not on gatherer, so we need to write an importer for magiccards.info.
It will come though, soon. Along with Vanguard

Hey quasur,
Thanks for the feedback. The edition / card details handling we are working on right now, so by next week there should be a much improved inventory ui .
I'm not sure about the Promo handling yet, but the additional additional properties like signed are definitely coming.

Re: Legend of the Five Rings? (2 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
While adding new games would be pretty cool, and has been requested for a couple of other TCGs also, I'm afraid it will not happen too soon as it adds a lot of work and maintenance overhead.
Towards the end of the year, after we clear out some more of the older requested features from our todo list, we might start thinking about it though

Re: [Feature discussion] Trade score. Feedback and disputes. (61 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Is there any way to provide negative feedback without canceling the trade?
Once it's cancelled, it drops off the list of trades that people would see, so I worry that negative feedback wouldn't be too helpful. Otherwise, I can click I "received" the cards (I didn't), but I still can't leave feedback until they do the same thing.
Hmm, this is a very good point.
I think the issue is that we have to distinguish between 2 situations.
A "canceled trade" which was closed because it was abandoned or someone changed their mind. These kinds of trades should not count as feedback.
On the other hand, a trade that has been canceled after being accepted by both parties, should count. If it's accepted, there has to be a serious reason for cancelation, and feedback is important then.
We'll think about it a little, but I would change the feedback system in this way, making the "accept" button more important.

Re: Drag/Drop Deck Move broken in IE9 [bug] (1 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Thank your for a very detailed explanation of the IE9 bugs (and also its advantages ).
The double enter flow was like that by design, we wanted to give the user an opportunity to either tab to the count after selecting the card or press enter again to add it. It is also consistent with the Advanced (rainbow icon) add widget, where you first press enter to select the card and then you either press enter again to set the defaults or edit them first and press enter when finished.
So IE single-enter flow is a bug in this case, even though I can see why people like it in some situations .
The tab flow is indeed quirky. Pressing tab once, as you say should move the focus AND select the current dropdown option. Thus this is sort of a bug in chrome, as you have to press it once for selecting the entry, and again for moving focus.
IE9 has a couple more bugs on record (the aforementioned advanced dialog is not properly working, it was reported), and it's high time we did an IE debugging session (oh, how I love those ).

Good point on the fast / slow trading.
There is the possibility to add an Overall feedback rating, and also detailed ones like "Condition of cards" "Speed of delivery" "Packaging". Would that help?

Topic: [Feature discussion] Trade score. Feedback and disputes. (61 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hello everybody,
As users trade more and more on deckbox, we feel some features and information on best practices should be addressed.
I'm making this post as sort of a 'next features' announcements, to let you know that we are consolidating some information on how to handle trading and trading disputes. (The current trade guidelines, as you know, are present here: http://deckbox.org/help/trade). Until we add more information do not hesitate to email us at support@deckbox.org if you feel a trade has been not fair. We will moderate a discussion and assign correct feedbacks.
Trade feedback will come more to the front as well. We are considering adding a user's feedback directly to his profile, and also displaying a "percent positive" rating much like ebay has. These scores will be displayed next to a user's name in all listings and of course on profiles. We want to encourage fair trading, so we're making feedback count!
As always, let us know what you think of these future changes, or what else you would like to see implemented.
Thanks!
[Edit] I've made a new post with more ideas that we are currently considering here: http://deckbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=26094#p26094

Re: Pending Trade Wishlist Changes (5 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Sounds like a legitimate request, I can totally see how this might be difficult for someone who has many ongoing open trades.
We will think of an indicator of some sort at least, that would be displayed in your wishlist and your tradelist (maybe even inventory would be interesting). That way you as well as others can see that they are now in a trade that is ongoing. Sound good?

Re: Wishlist Query (3 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hello jvLin,
Usually people want to add a relatively small number of things to their wishlist, not a really huge amount.
Your defined query for example fits about 20 cards right now:
http://deckbox.org/games/mtg/cards?f=b3 =i&o=d
I went to mtg card database, filtered by color and format, and sorted by price.
Now instead of manually typing their names in your wishlist, you have to just click on the wishlist count in that listing, and adjust it to the desired number, and press enter.

Sounds interesting.
There have also been suggestions for a "Find similar decks" feature, maybe we can tie them together somehow.

Re: Trading opportunities added to new trade window [feature request] (2 replies, posted in Site Discussion)
Hi Tawnos,
You are of course right, the 'intersection view' and the trade between 2 users are strongly connected, and should work together. The issue has been touched upon in past requests as well.
I'm thinking maybe most use cases would be covered if we find a way to put it inside the trade page. So each person would have a "Will trade" list and an "Other potential cards" list.
Then the only challenge is to make some controls that help moving things between these lists easily (drag and drop, context menus, etc. Also a "add all" option of course).
How does that sound?
