Check it out. I have only hit the turn one 2 times. Win on turn 2 frequently if you don't stop it. If it hasnt won by turn 3 pretty much rack it up in the L column.

Any input on cards I may be missing?
Looking to play this competitively and feel as though it could be awesome if tweaked right.

Through deck testing I have noticed this is a generally turn 4-5 deck against some of my other standard decks. None competitive though.

Looking for input into mono white humans for competitions in standard. Toying around with open the armory, gryffs boon, and sigardas aid. Wondering why sigardas aid isnt more expensive.

I really like the feel of this deck. Have done no play testing yet, just seems good. Any input on some help would be awesome. I know Snapcaster would be an awesome addition to the deck as well as maybe a Jace or 2. https://deckbox.org/sets/1408049

OK, so we need a few questions answered before we can help you. How competitive are you wanting to make this. What format are you wanting to play and finally, how budget friendly does this need to be.

Modern, as competitive as possible, and no budget, maybe for the more expensive cards add an alternative. I consider expensive over 30 dollars or so.

10 dollars a card is about as high as I like to go. Also the easiest to convince my wife it is worth it. lol. I could put other colors in, but I really like to have a Jeskai deck up at all times because Murica. Since they killed Twin, figured I'd give this a try. I'm not exactly opposed to using other colors, specially green has has some AWESOME Allies that I was sad I didn't add top the deck. No issues with infinite combos, play both multi and 1v1. If my friends end up disliking the infinite combos I will just have to take them out.

Just getting in to EDH so I haven't played a whole lot of it. Played a little Tiny Leader's though.

I mean if you're in the budget space, Zada makes more sense than Avaricious Dragon... pay one blue, make the whole team unblockable, draw numerous cards.

I would also suggest some number of Dragon Fodder.

Lastly, I know it's budget, but Abbot won't be a whole lot cheaper than it is now, so might as well pony up the roughly $20.

Good call! I made a nya ally deck a while back with zada and for some reason completely forgot about him.

You can make a better deck than this but when it comes to bang for the buck this is about as fun as it gets. typically a turn 5. You could sub the abbots with jeskai elder? not sure 1/2 prowess for 1U when he damages may draw and discard one.

OOOOH! Didn't even think about the Izzet Charm. I really like it. Specially if you put it on a scepter.

Fair enough. The lighthouse is very good, specially if you're saving mana for counters and didn't need them. The Snaps if I can get them I'd love them for sure, and I know Jace is incredible, I'll probably end up picking him up once I have all the cards for the deck. It is still in test mode now. This is definitely the deck I want to run for a modern tournament though.

I edited my deck more after considering the other top decks in the format you described. I just really feel strongly about the Abolisher, Silence, Scepter combo. If I could get some testing against well played top 8 decks I would know better though, and be able to see if it works.

Jace has the same feeling for me as snapcaster. If I can run it without it then I will.

I have not done any competitive testing. Just against non top 8 decks. I have not lost any games against them. I would love to do some deck testing against top 8 decks, there are just very few people in my area that run top 8 for modern. When it comes to snapcaster, he is great and I would love to have him, but I don't wanna spend 350 on 4 cards. I would like to try the deck without him first and if it cant run without him I will get him. Same goes for Bloodmoon. I did end up dropping the delvers after the non competitive deck testing. They were useless and never made a difference. The Grand abolishers seemed to be working very well, and pair that with silence on the start of their turn with a scepter and that was incredibly hard to get around for any of the decks I played. My main fallback, I am ashamed to say, is ignorance. I have yet to play in any modern tournaments, so I know nothing of how the other decks are run. I have heard of Titan bloom I think. That's the first turn kill rarely right? If you can message me from my profile with a way to decktest I would LOVE practice against top 8 decks. I appreciate the input back and would love to practice against you if you know any sites. Just message me or email me with the reply as I do not get notifications for replys on here. davidjherlein@gmail.com

I am looking for some advice for my R/W/U Twin deck. My main deck I am pretty confident with, I could use some Sideboard Ideas. Any and all advice would be appreciated, including on my main deck. http://deckbox.org/sets/1275178

I want to know if you can imprint a split card on Isochron Scepter a couple different ways. One, Wear//Tear both sides are 2 or less and I want to know if you can imprint it, if you can play both sides or only one, or if you just cant imprint it. The converted mana cost thing confuses me with split cards.

Thank you guys for clarifying that.

I am no judge, however, if you took this deck to a tournament and hit this combo the match results in a loss because you can not stop the combo from happening and any infinite loop (according to my understanding that is unstoppable) results in a loss for the person to trigger it. That is just my understanding of the rules. I could be wrong. It is definitely a fun casual Idea.

When you input a card there are different things you can enter. right next to the amount you can click on the set and change it.

I have a deck you may want to look at. BTW Atarka's is definitely worth the money to buy it. My deck on my page that is very similar to this, has a turn 3 standard kill which is very rare, turn 4 is fairly common, and turn 5 you should be ending the game. I am trying to get out to a big tournament soon to try it against a bunch of top 8 competitors for standard when at my current fnm place there are only 3 of us. Gruul Aggro is the deck on my page I am referring to.
