I don't think you need the Eldrazi Conscription. Weathered Wayfarer AND Land Tax is probably a little excessive. Also, I forsee potential issues with Serra's Sanctum + Weathered Wayfarer similiar to the ones we saw happening in my deck earlier on.  You have a large amount of repition. Theoretically that is good, but when you are looking to cut cards I would recommend either thinning the repetition some or removing one 'type' entirely depending on what you are trying to do. I see a few deck flavors: Spawn tokens, Can't attack me, It'll cost you, All the +1s. They seem good, but you may have to many of some of them. Spirit of the Labyrinth doesn't seem required. Vedalken Orrery doesn't seem necessary.
