So you're just going to play new Nahiri as though she could be a general?

  That's the idea, although I doubt I would actually build this or even finish creating a list.
  
  It is hard to find a Boros control list, and I think Nahiri could be a good start to one at least

    Fair enough. I do think she'd be an awesome boros control commander. I'd allow this. I think more planeswalkers should get that text. It does nothing but add to the playability as a card.
    
    I do think that it's actually worth playing The Chain Veil if she's going to be your commander. You'll have plenty of ways to tutor it out and there's no reason you won't get mileage out of it.
