Cloudshift was a bit cute (for resetting Saskia/countering spot removal) and the charm is vastly more versatile.
Raptor was the worst of the remaining infect creatures, and a hard to interact with trample lord with built-in pump effect will make all the other creatures better.
Swapped some signets for more useful coloured talismans, Swapped the 4 tapped trilands with better taplands and untapped rainbow lands.

Damage doublers are great, but in situations where no attacks are feasible, or you've drawn too many enchantments and not enough creatures, they tend to paint a rather large target. The deck has enough mana rocks to not need Steve, and some card advantage and mass removal should help shore up some of the weaknesses.
