Notes
 
HE deck with support buildings and a few tactics from Dwarfs. Plenty of tactics and support cards, relatively few units.

Indirect damage through HE cards and also through things like Boar Attack. Support cards from the Dwarfs with 2-cost 1-loyalty support buildings and some Dwarf tactics.

PLAY RESPONSIVELY. This deck very much goes for the long game, indirect damage and getting many of your tactics to matter. Build up your draw, always develop, pump the kingdom. Keep relatively plenty of resources for your opponent's turn, then obstuct him with Do You Know Who I Am?, Asuryan's Clensing, High Elf Disdain etc.

Defend Tor Aendris quest with two Ancient Maps; get it in as early as possible. Put a strong unit (possibly hero) on it, most attachment supports go to it (definitely Organ Gun, Blessing Of Isha, at least one Moon Staff Of Lileath).

Mining Tunnels - great opening card, first Mining Tunnels usually goes to quest zone before first development.

ALWAYS BE DEVELOPING. Start in battlefield (at least 4, for your Burn It Down). Don't count on Wake the Mountain coming to you early (or even at all), that's more a finishing/defensive tactic here.

Don't be afraid to play Flames of the Phoenix early. It's more than a defensive card. Your deck uses plenty of support buildings and few units, opponent's deck might be more invested in units.

Don't count on the healing combo with Glittering Tower and Initiate Of Saphery. Very nice when it happens, but you don't depend on it. Also this means you don't have a lot of sniping ability for units. Mostly control your opponent's supports with Burn It Down and Demolition, and deal with units through combat (Defend Tor Aendris & good unit with plenty of attachments & heal that unit it whenever you can) and Flames Of the Phoenix.

To battlefield mostly put Sword Masters Of Hoeth (attach Moon Staff Of Lileth when able), the Illyriel hero, maybe Loremaster Of Hoeth (send it to it's death, then bring back with Gift Of Life and play again).
