Main Deck - 100 cards, 91 distinct
Sideboard - 2 cards, 2 distinct
Notes
Note 27-oct-2020: This deck WORKS. Played with some friends in a 4P FFA and just dominated (sorry, guys!). I think it may be finally time to consider this version 1.0.0, but I'd like to give it a little more thought (and playtesting!). -Violet

Below notes were copied from v0.10.2, from which this version came. There were several incremental stops along the way though! Some cards got removed only to be re-added, and so on. More changes may still be coming, but I am starting to finalize some of what makes this deck what it is.
v0.12.0 Version 0.11.0 happened at some point... just didn't write it down. Here are ALL the changes from v0.10.2:
Removed:
Aeon Chronicler (useful but generally feeling like immediate draws are better), Charmbreaker Devils (possibly more useful in the coin flip deck [Flipping T-eye-me]; may re-add this later though), Dragonmaster Outcast (not enough lands to warrant it; better in the coin flip deck), Hellkite Charger (not enough mana generally available, better in Flipping), Hypersonic Dragon (Quicken should be enough on its own; I don't need this effect very often), Jhoira's Timebug (this was a hard choice, may re-add later esp. if I put As Foretold back in), Nesting Dragon (too few lands, better in Flipping), Blink of an Eye (this may get added back in, the draw is useful), Counterflux (I feel iffy about not having this), Timecrafting (Fury Charm is fine; but Timecrafting comes back if I get As Foretold), Unwind (this may be worth working back in, depending), Izzet Cluestone, Izzet Keyrune (for this and the Cluestone I added cheaper options), Lightning Greaves (not being able to target Jhoira prevents Rescue... but I may re-add this eventually), As Foretold (may re-add this, but I have enough cost reduction, and also with suspend, it's not as necessary), Paradox Haze (tough choice, but I found myself hardcasting more often than expected; if I re-add As Foretold this defs goes back), Memorial to War (too slow and too situational), Myriad Landscape (too slow and too expensive), x2 Mountain (yes, really)
Added:
Sarkhan, Dragonsoul (do a board wipe then get his ult to get all my dragons out!), Omniscience (finally!), Ophidian Eye (same effect as Curiosity, combos with Niv-Mizzet), Strionic Resonator (I have over 20 cards with triggered abilities!), Mox Tantalite, Thought Vessel, Commander's Sphere, Arcane Signet, Archmage's Charm (I actually pulled this! the draw 2 is perfect for Enter the Infinite + Lab Maniac), Fury Charm, Snap (pulled this out of my Constructed Jhoira deck, great fit), Lightning Axe (useful in early and late game as it destroys most creatures and gives me a way to discard certain cards), Icefall Regent (easy to hard cast and gives control), Worldgorger Dragon (protects me from my own board wipes), Knollspine Dragon (PB found this for me!), Scourge of Valkas (redundant with Dragon's Tempest but imagine having both out? it's cheap too), Niv-Mizzet, Parun (another deck draw combo yesss!), Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius (no win combos with this but the repeatable damage and draw is useful!), Balefire Dragon (important for creature removal without damaging my own), Guard Gomazoa (should never have taken this out), x1 Island
Added:
v0.10.2 Initial version. This version was saved as a separate deck, as noted.

Temporal Torsion... Too!
What the Temporal Torsion deck had been... still remains somewhat in this deck, but it has changed a lot with the addition of many of the dragon and dragon-related cards I recently acquired. In fact, this is now perhaps more in line with what I had originally intended for the deck to be; Jhoira, from Shiv, summoning dragons to her aid.
I have decided to start at v0.9.0 for a couple reasons, those being that first of all the last version of Temporal Torsion (that was logged here) was what I am now considering v0.5.0 (previously potentially considered as 1.0.0, but in retrospect it was not worthy of that), and since v0.5.0 I have gone through several incremental revisions, each of which received some playtesting. This latest version is a culmination of that... almost. One thing I have realized is that I must get the Firemind's Foresight back in, along with a number of useful 1-, 2-, and 3-cost instants. Some more small creatures will be useful (hence for example my purchase of Sprite Dragon).
So this is ALMOST worthy of being considered 1.0.0. Once I make those simple changes and get some decent playtesting in... we'll call it that. But I have even more wacky cards on the way, so we'll see what happens...

As of June 20th, 2020, I have made some major changes to this deck. I am forking it so I can revert to this version later if need be, since this was fairly stable.
v0.10.2 (03-jun-2020)
Removed Opal Palace, Reality Strobe (random silliness better for the other deck), added Steam Vents, Dragonspeaker Shaman.
v0.10.1 (02-jun-2020)
Removed Scourge of Valkas (redundant effect, may be useful in the random deck), Crucible of Fire (again, extra power is not as necessary given the board wipes, but I may re-add this later).
Re-added Aeon Chronicler (what was I thinking? Combos too well with Jhoira and also my infinite draws), added Charmbreaker Devils (combos too well with my spells and Paradox Haze).
v0.10.0 (02-jun-2020)
Removed Mind's Dilation (will be better in the random deck), Stolen Strategy (same), Mindwrack Liege (also probably same), Bogardan Hellkite (not as useful to suspend), Terror of Mount Velus (double strike is great but not essential given the board wipes), Forgestoker Dragon (again, ability not as useful given the board wipes), Aeon Chronicler.
Added Firemind's Foresight (never take this out!), Izzet Charm (why did I remove this?), Unwind (this should never come out, it literally depicts Jhoira!), Counterspell, Blink of an Eye (consider also Into the Roil), Unsubstantiate, and Rescue.
v0.9.0 Initial version.
