The idea here is to use blink, paired with ETB effects, to my advantage as much as possible. Many of my blink effects are caused by spells, so it would be valuable to have a way to get spells back from the graveyard also. But the more ETB effects, the better -- Brago can, after all, blink EVERY nonland permanent I control at once. But I must also be sure to give him some evasion, if possible (though flying certainly helps), and a way to protect him. Mana ramp will be extremely helpful, because many of the creatures with good ETB effects also cost a lot!
