Notes

Decided on a single Rise from the Grave maindeck to help against reanimator variants.  It's also randomly good to get back a Crypt Ghast, Nighthawk, or  perhaps simply blow them out with their own Fiend Hunters, Falkenrath Aristocrats, Olivia Voldarens, Thragtusks, Boros Reckoners, or Angels of Glory's Rise.

Note: still need: +1 shimmering grotto, +1 rise from the grave.

FNM REPORT:

Went without the Rise from the Grave.  It still went pretty well.  Also didn't purchase shimmering grotto.  I didn't make top 8, but I did get 11th place.  A draw that shouldn't have been a draw probably cost me dearly (called on time, got really nervous, AND I was recurring Diabolic Revelations.  Read: close to the best player in the store playing one of the netdecks I should have no trouble beating, particularly considering how poorly he drew).

Also lost a Nephalia Drownyard control matchup.  My deck is so bad game one against control since I don't have the duresses maindeck anymore.  Really considering some sort of split.  Perhaps adding in 2 duress in place of 1 Tribute to Hunger, and putting the Night Terrors in the sideboard, or just adding 1 in place of a Tribute to Hunger?

I'm not liking the crazy variance the deck seems to have some trouble with... maybe it's just my shuffling, but all too frequently, I must mull to 4 to get a keep-worthy hand.

Need to have a sideboarding strategy before going in to play... makes it easier and quicker.

I'm improving greatly in my performance with the deck.  Getting a lot better at finding cards quickly and shuffling during my opponent's turn.  Not going to time every match because of how my deck kind of durdles until I can win with X/X+1 Vampire Nighthawks.
