Delay could be another strong counter.

Possibly a Shizo in the mainboard?

Teferi/Linvala in main/side?

Considering Inquisitions in main perhaps?  Most likely a sideboard option along with Kitchen Finks for aggro.

Zealous Persecution and Seal of Primordium probably have a place in the board as well.

Sphinx of the Steel Wind as reanimation target for RG matches.

Maybe a Wall of Omens instead of Finks if Sun Titan plan is go.

Mulldrifter and Glen Elendra Archmage also possible options.

Darkblast as an option, perhaps over the Smother?

Empyrial Archangel and Inkwell Leviathan are possible reanimation targets.

Maybe a Vraska somewhere?

Perhaps Despise over Thoughtseize?

Gavony seems to be better than Vault pretty much all the time.

Replaced Tec Edge with a second Tomb for ease of casting Deathrite, Birds, and Inquisition early.  Ghost Quarter is better mainboard, seems to answer man-lands, and tron lands better than Tec Edge does and offers the same recursion method with Loam.

Cut Disfigure for a 3rd Abrupt Decay, maybe switching to 2 Decay 2 Pulse?

Considering a 2nd Sudden Death or other removal spell/Spell Pierce in the board, Gather Specimens is just underwhelming against Tron since they often just resolve Karn instead.  Memoricide + Negate + Steel Sabotage is stronger.

Probably cutting a Tar Pit + an Inquisition + a Lingering Souls, staying at 61 cards with 25 lands.

After analyzing everything careful, Shizo seems really really great, but sadly I'm not sure if I have the room to include one.

Most likely cutting Consume + Think Twice + Repeal for 3 Inquisition or 2 Inquisition + 1 Thoughtseize.

Probably replacing 1 Tar Pit with 1 Shizo.

Considering a Deathmark in the side.

Considering Sun Titan and Hex Parasite.

Ratchet Bomb and Aura of Silence are also options

Probably adding Ashling as a replacement to Linvala, performs extremely well with Shizo and doesn't tax the mana base to have WW.  Also considering a Twilight Mire to further improve stability.  Flooded Grove might also have a place.
