Fabricate turned out to be better, cheaper and lets us combo off faster - not as "consistent/repeatable" as Tezz obviously, but the ability to tutor up EE and actually use it to take out Stony Silence proved to be more important.  Fabricate also cost U rather than UU, got turned off UU several times vs Port/Wasteland deck

Electrickery hits TNN and Pyromancer as well as wiping DnT in one swift stroke, seems to be better in general

Testing with Preordain proved to be bad, Ponder is a significantly better option with all the shuffle effects present in the deck, plus it allows us to truly dig deeper.

Scrapped.  Doesn't work in the meta, not enough red blasts to be good vs Cruise, doesn't utilize Dig or Cruise, Counterbalance version is bad, BUG tears it apart without Blood Moon main.  Tested extensively, simply unfeasible in a lot of matchups compared to the other decks that are available in the format.
