I did the exact same things as you did. As for the apostrophes there is the ordinary one and the fancy pair.
' vs ‘ and ’what you want is the ordinary (straight) one, what it was was the close/fancy-apostrophe one.
also, the encoding got messed up (don't use excel).
it is more complicated than that, I should have something in about 5 minutes.

First I think that draft should be a proper label.
In my decklists I have a section for draft decks. I play in tournaments and we us deckboxes' events feature. However I can not have the event collect the information for my deck since it is labeled as 'incomplete'.
I have the same problems.
Secondly, I believe that manual options for labeling a deck should be created. If I use all Modern cards in a legacy or vintage deck deckbox would label it automatically as modern despite it being used in a different format. Could manual labeling be an option in addition to the automatic settings for decks?
Yes! Maybe even some freeform labeling.
Can 'Tiny Leaders' be a format please?
I'd go with the the freeform. If you are going to add Tiny Leaders, you should also add Soulless, Pauper EDH (PDH), Block Constructed, Cube, Singleton, Rainbow Stairwell, Prismatic, Noble, Fat Stack, and many others.

Any zero mana (or 1/2 mana) card will show up as colorless.

Need to have an active seller account and post in marketplace.
Deckbox rules prohibit the sale of sealed product.
In order to sell anything on Deckbox you need a seller account.

so i have a standard deck, but when i add a kiora emblem it is now listed as a legacy deck. my guess is that emblems and tokens were never given their respective legalities and so it defaults to an eternal format.
Really, the tokens and emblems should not affect legality at all.

Technically the Deflecting Palm damage happens after the rest of the combat damage, but the game still ends in a draw.

The rules text for Stir the Pride is as follows
Choose one - Creatures you control get +2/+2 until end of turn; or creatures you control gain lifelink until end of turn. (Whenever a creature with lifelink deals damage, its controller gains that much life.)
Entwine 1W (Choose both if you pay the entwine cost.)
It shouldn't be.
6/7/2013 - Notably, the ability granted by the second mode isn't lifelink. It's a triggered ability that triggers whenever the creature with that ability deals damage. If that creature also has lifelink, you'll gain life as a result of that damage and also when the triggered ability resolves. Multiple instances of this ability trigger separately.

Sultai Control
Counter spells- Dissipate and Stubborn Denial. Dissipate because exile doesn't fuel delve, Stubborn Denial for turn 1 counters and late game.
Card Draw- Treasure Cruise, Sultai Charm. Treasure Cruise gets me more card than dig through time, Sultai Charm is versatile.
Removal- Sultai Charm, Murderous Cut, Silence the Believers. Murderous Cut, I don't use many creatures, plenty of cards to fuel delve, Silence the Believers can be multi target and doesn't fuel delve.
Ramp-Sylvan Caryatid, Courser of Kruphix. Sylvan Caryatid, blocker, plus it can generate any color, Courser of Kruphix, good lifegain, plus extra lands are always welcome.
Planeswalker-Ashiok can help deal deck with delve and lets me capitalize on cards revealed by an opponents courser.
Other-Kin-Tree Invocation, Stormtide Leviathan. Kin-Tree Invocation can get me a 4/4 cheaply, allowing me to save mana to counter spell, it also triggers stubborn denial for ferocius, Stormtide Leviathan is the win con.
I'd say to go with whichever you want to play most.
