Broken THS Soldier Token

Good stuff big_smile

Can you please implement this as a min $ value in shipping options? (as opposed to some separate setting)

And if you're going to do it this way, while you're in there...

1. Please add max $ value to shipping options. It allows sellers to enforce rules where they require buyers to pay for tracking on orders over a certain $ value.

2. Please add min # cards to shipping options. It allows "hiding" of shipping options. e.g. if my shipping options are max=5 cards and max=10 cards,  a buyer sees both with an order of 5 or less cards which can be confusing. If my shipping options were instead min=1/max=5 and min=6/max=10 then this would clean it up for the buyer.

Works great on BB10! (don't count BlackBerry out!) No issues thus far

I see that too. I'm unable to add $0 shipping. If it's potentially costing you sales I would suggest setting to $0.01 until Sebi takes a look.

Also your shipping price shows as "N/A" which seems odd. Should be $0 I guess?

Ships sold cards to: United States (N/A)

Yep, this has been requested.

New sets are added to Deckbox when they are available in Gatherer (for ease of import). DTK will be available in Gatherer tomorrow (Tuesday, March 17th, 2015).

This functionality was added in December. You use the Mass Input function of the Edition Checklist feature (Premium only). The only place this falls down is if you want to catalog something like a Duel Deck which is distributed with multiples of certain cards. In this case you would mass input one of each card and then manually add the additional cards (which is easy).

It does not remove them from your wishlist immediately when you place an order. It only removes them when you mark the cards as received. This has already been reported as an issue.

Deckbox development is a small operation so changes take time. The Tagging System that would fix this has been on the backburner for a long time. Deckbox development is (rightly) focused on features that will make the site profitable at this time.

This has been discussed many times on the Site Discussion forum.

The current implementation of Decks only checks the total count of the card in your inventory and does not use any specific card from your inventory.

Aw. Can I ask why this is the case? Did Sebi or another developer give us details about this topic previously?

Simplicity. Yes it's been discussed a number of times. The ultimate fix for this is the proposed tagging system.

Your support cases are tracked in "Messages". The link is in the sidebar as the top link under "My Favorites". Or http://deckbox.org/messages.

Still needs fixing. Should be $3-4

1. There's no price filter, but that's a good idea.
2. The edition the deck uses is the latest printing (excluding special sets). It's not possible to change this at this time.

Yes it's much needed. It's already on the TODO list as it's been requested multiple times already.

A visual indicator for # of trades together, friend status, & common communities would be helpful.

Also being able to filter Trading Opportunities by "have completed X trades with trader", "is friend", or "is in community Y" would be helpful.

+1, I've also requested this. Need to be able to sort by $ value, rarity, edition, colour, foil, condition, etc. to match how the seller/trader has organized their cards physically.

Trade rule 1.2 Inactivity and unresponsiveness states that you can dispute the trade if the trader's input it required and they have not responded after 7 days.

To dispute the trade: in the trade window click the Support / Dispute button. I would select the Other category since we don't know if your partner received your end or not. Then explain the situation in the details section and Submit.

Currently working on a mobile web(in-browser) special interface - a preview version will be available a bit later this month. smile

Thank you for going the cross-platform route and not getting caught in the "app trap"! smile

Your inventory is public at the moment. Your friends can browse your inventory from the Inventory link on your profile page or from this link: https://deckbox.org/sets/700284?s=i&o=d.

If you add cards from your inventory to your tradelist then your friends that use Deckbox will see the matches from their wishlist and your tradelist when visiting your profile. Note that when you go to complete a trade with cards that are in your inventory, but not on your tradelist, you will have to add those cards to your tradelist in order for either trader to be able to accept the trade.

If you have the buyer paying for your full shipping and packaging cost then you still come out ahead. If you discount your shipping charge then you might be losing a little bit on tiny orders.

I filled an order for just one $0.41 card today and I discount my shipping charge. I may have a lost a few cents, but each completed order helps build a reputation and encourages future orders.
