looking very quickly, between 125-200, depending on whether you're willing to piece it out or want to sell it all at once. I could probably offer something towards the low end of that, personally.

you have nothing in your wishlist, so that makes trading harder.

offer sent for hellriders

Do you have the life counter for trade? If so, what would you value it at?

3 Weeks is obviously very long. Here are a few anecdotes from me that I've had over many trades.

  • 1 Trade was 2.5 MONTHS late. Envelope was postmarked from many months ago, nothing visibly damaged. Must have just gotten lost somewhere for a while, and then reappeared in the system

  • 2 trades (out of 400+)  just got lost in the mail and never appeared (one I sent, and another someone else sent)

  • One day, My downstairs neighbor accidentally got my mail and went away on vacation that day and didn't tell me until he got back. I thought it was weird that 3 envelopes I was expecting all went missing at the same time. I was worried the mail got lost that day, or stolen, until I finally figured it out when he got back.

  • Most international trades take 5-11 days, for me

By around the third week, my suggestion is to work with the traders to try to figure out an alternative and send new cards. If/when the old cards do reappear later, then work out a new deal. I think 3 weeks is long enough to figure they're probably not coming.

Not much the post office can likely do unless they have tracking on them. I didn't get much help when I called them, but they did offer to fill out a report for "missing mail" if I felt like it was stolen.

update. I loaded all of the other stuff up here as well: couple of interesting things like a stifle, 2 misdirection, thran dynamo:
http://deckbox.org/sets/248213

The number of cards that I have in the "Deck" is how many gold-bordered ones I have. I didn't load them into my inventory.

Thanks all. Got a number of offers. I'll try to load all the cards into a "deck" today so people can see the other stuff, and I'll try to get back to everyone on trades later tonight/tomorrow. Glad to know some folks want this stuff smile

Yawgmoth's Will, Wasteland - about $4
Rishadan Port - about $3

Overall, the going rate seems to be close to 10% of "Face value". The values seem to fluctuate a lot on ebay, so if anyone has a more "Stable" value guide, let me know.

Hi all,
I just acquired bunch of gold-bordered World Championship cards. I didn't want to put them into my inventory for confusion, but wanted to see if anyone here was interested in trading for them? They range from 1996 to 2004. (I'm not sure that there are any complete decks in here)

Some of the highlights:
3 Wasteland
3 Yawgmoth's will
12 Rishadan Port
4 Replenish
4 Blinkmoth nexus
6 Cursed scroll
4 Wrath of god
1 Chrome mox
1 Glimmervoid
3 Enlightened tutor
1 Vampiric tutor
4 Birds of Paradise

lots of other commons. (No Gaea's cradle or FoW)

Propose a trade if interested.

Depends on your time-frame. How much do you enjoy collecting (slower) vs playing (as in, I want to play right now)? Me, I enjoy the collecting and the challenge of trading/trading up. The cheapest is staking things out on ebay for a few weeks. The fastest is to mail some standard stuff to one of the big online guys for credit (or just pulling out your Visa).

It's been three weeks. No contact. I've got DC that the cards were delivered. I never got my cards. I am a sad panda. Please help me.

If the cards were delivered according to the DC, then wouldn't the most likely issue be that someone took them out of your mailbox? Or that they were delivered to a neighbor by mistake?

same here. I have some cards you need in my inventory, but I won't go through your deck one at a time to find the matches -- you should put them into your wishlist.

Not looking to thread-jack Velocizachtor. But once he/she gets his/her playset, I'm looking to trade for about 7 remaining Antiquities Urza lands, if anyone has some up for trade. I've got just over half of them, but still need a few more (trying to get one of each unique), as well as one of each AQ strip mine (have 2 of the 4).

Or we could just go by the prices as determined by the Black lotus project and not have this problem... just sayin...

yeah, but those get skewed too, especially for cards from older editions, or thinly traded cards.

it's bad form, but at the end of the day, this whole place only really works on the honor system. If I get my cards, I'm happy, and don't really care how much people spend on shipping. I tend to spend as little as possible most of the time because I do a lot of small trades, and I figure I'll take the chance that they get lost or damaged. done 191 trades now, and no issues for me with shipping. One shipment got lost on the way to me, but the sender send another. So 1 lost out of 382 mailed trades is good for me smile

I've got 9 3rd edition and 7 4th edition. One of each version is slightly off-centered in the frame (a little more white on top than the bottom). Not enough to be special, but enough to notice. Let me know if you're interested.

any/all versions? I'll dig some up as well. Got a box of commons at home I haven't sorted through.

i've got 4 from tenth edition if you're interested

Hold on to something. One deck, one card, something. Someday you (or your kids, or nephew) will want to play, and you'll wish you had something from your past. I sold it all 15 years ago (for pennies on the dollar), and wish I had at least one sol ring or hypnotic specter from my original collection.

boy I wish I had what you were looking for smile

1 FoW, 1 NM alpha sinkhole... 5 scavenging ooze, 1 wasteland... does any of that tempt you? (probably not)

I have both halves of the BFM if you need that.

I've got: 9 swamp, 1 forest, 7 island, and 8 swamps from Zendikar as well if you're interested.

depends what I'm getting in return. I have an existing trade open for 3 sinkholes + some other stuff. I'd really like to turn them into a savannah + something, or some mox diamonds or other legacy cards. I'd trade them for standard cards or smaller cards, but would want a bit of extra value there. If you're interested shoot me a trade offer. Do you have any other interesting / legacy cards not in your inventory?
