Yep, a little oversight on our part, that's been remedied now. Vanguards and Phenomenon cards now correctly show up in decks in their own section.

Our server migration also looks like has finished with no remaining issues. The last few people having trouble accessing the site seem to be having no more problems now.

This is kind of an obscure feature, but if you chose Subtype from the filter dropdown, whatever you type in the textbox is searched in the entire type line of the card. So this: http://deckbox.org/sets/64395?f=47TGVnZW5kYXJ5 gets what you need.
