DT - Demonic Tutor; DCM - Dualcaster Mage; IT - Inalla Trigger; GF - Ghostly Flicker; EF - Essence Flux; top of the stack is to the left
An opponent casts DT:
[ DT ]
You respond with DCM:
[ DCM, DT ]
When DCM enters the battlefield you get to copy DT and you get an Inalla Trigger
[ IT, DT, DT ]
Pay the {1} into IT to create another DCM who copies DT again.
[ DT, DT, DT ]
Resolve the top two DTs (which you own) and find Ghostly Flicker and Essence Flux. Cast GF targeting anything really. It's never going to resolve.
[ GF, DT ]
This is where you hold priority. If you let GF resolve here, GF will be in the graveyard when DCM returns to play, but we want it on the stack so we can copy it. Therefore, cast Essence Flux targeting DCM.
[ EF, GF, DT ]
Now we let EF resolve, blinking DCM, copying GF (targeting DCM and a land) and putting an Inalla trigger on the stack (making sure the GF resolves first).
[ GF, IT, GF, DT ]
The top GF now resolves, blinking DCM and doing the same step again.
[ GF, IT, IT, GF, DT ]
And again
[ GF, IT, IT, IT, GF, DT ]
As much as you'd like
[ GF, IT, ..., IT, GF, DT ]
Because each GF blinks a land in addition to DCM, you're generating mana as you go. All those Inalla triggers are happily waiting to be fed {1} to create a copy of DCM. So we do so for the top trigger on the stack. The DCM clone that comes into play copies DT.
[ DT, IT, ..., IT, GF, DT ]
Resolve the top DT and continue through as many ITs as you want, creating DCMs and copying DTs (to 'draw' your deck). There will still be many ITs on the stack since you likely don't have an infinite sized library. Feel free to just create the copies and fail to find once your library is in hand.
[ GF, DT ]
We've got Teferi in our deck or in the yard, so either cast him or Shallow Grave him into play.
[ Teferi, GF, DT ]
Now your Wizards have flash, so you can cast them even though the stack isn't empty (and it isn't your turn!). So cast Inalla.
[ Inalla, GF, DT ]
Remember, you've got a near infinite number of DCMs running around so you can just tap all of them to activate Inalla's drain ability to win on the spot.
====================
SG - Shallow Grave; SS - Spellseeker; EF - Essence Flux; E - Entomb; DR - Dramatic Reversal; top of the stack is to the left
Cast Essence Flux targeting the Spellseeker. It blinks and produces an ETB and an Inalla Trigger, which we pay {1} into for a second Spellseeker with an ETB.
[ SS, SS ]
Resolve the SS triggers to search up Entomb and Dramatic Reversal. Cast Dramatic Reversal and hold Priority
[ DR ]
We've got Sigil Tracer and two Spellseekers on the field, so we can pay {1U} to copy DR
[ DR, DR ]
Let the top copy of DR resolve untapping our rocks and Wizards, and reactivate Sigil Tracer again (over and over, netting infinite mana). Leave the original DR on the stack.
[ DR ]
Now we'll cast Entomb
[ E, DR ]
Let it resolve and put Izzet Chemister into the yard
[ DR ]
Now cast Shallow Grave and let it resolve, returning Izzet Chemister. Pay {1} for a copy of Izzet Chemister.
[ DR ]
Activate the non-token Izzet Chemister exiling Shallow Grave, Pay {1U} and tap two Wizards to copy DR and untap.
[ DR ]
Activate the non-token Izzet Chemister exiling Entomb, Pay {1U} and tap two Wizards to copy DR and untap.
[ DR ]
Sacrifice Izzet Chemister to cast Entomb and Shallow Grave
[ E, SG, DR ]
Pay {1U} and tap two Wizards to copy DR. Hold Priority.
[ DR, E, SG, DR ]
Pay {1U} and tap two Wizards (We have four in play) to copy Entomb
[ E, DR, E, SG, DR ]
Resolve Entomb for literally anything, then resolve the top DR to untap.
[ E, SG, DR ]
We're back where we were three steps ago. You'll notice that with the current stack and board state, we can generate however many untaps as we want, Entomb whatever cards we want, and Shallow Grave as many creatures as we want back into play.
From here feel free to:
* Infinitely recur Izzet Chemister casting whatever spells you'd like as many times as you'd like. Don't forget this is all at instant speed by the way (even for sorceries).
* Keep reanimating Plaguecrafter to wipe your opponents' hands and boards.
* Put your library into the yard, reanimate everything, cast Teferi, cast Inalla, and win.
* Or, ... whatever else you want.
The possibility set, while not infinite, is extremely huge.
