    So I checked the legalities: Ponder, Merchant Scroll, Windfall, Memory Jar are all restricted in vintage, so if you are going allll old school cards you can only use 1 of any.  If you are going legacy, which is all sets, Windfall and Memory Jar aren't allowed at all.
