Notes

Arcane Adaptation, Conspiracy, and  Kindred Discovery  are all very focused on creature heavy deck. With the number of creatures cut in half  and no real need for tribal ninjas These 3 cards do not cary the weight they once did. If I ever make this deck more creature based these 3 cards would be great however I do not think that Y would shine in that deck as much.

Ashiok, Dream Render
Jace, the Mind Sculptor
Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

Ashiok, Dream Render and Jace, the Mind Sculptor are fun walkers that can give me an advantage Jace, Wielder of Mysteries even combos with
Laboratory Maniac how ever I am not sold on the walker package just as I am not sold on having large numbers of ninja creatures anymore.

After a lot of thought I am going to be building this deck a bit more on the competitive side I will be placing a list for cards I will be swapping out if I ever plan to make it less competitive.

The cards below are all part of an infinite combo and by that nature will give the deck a fall back plan if I fail to respond to anything and win with  Yuriko. I am not sure if I will include this in the deck or not but along Side the combo cards are potential replacements if I decide not to include a back up plan. The replacement cards where picked with the idea that I could respond to a few more things

Laboratory Maniac                      Baral, Chief of Compliance
Demonic Consultation                Faerie Macabre
Tainted Pact                                Grafdigger's Cage
Lim-Dul's Vault                            Cursed Totem

At this moment I will be taking out Flood of Tears and swapping in sawn song. I feel like I should have early cheap answers first and at 6 plus  sorcery speed The likely hood of me playing this card is very small

Adam Haggerty (23 Apr 2020 16:10)I like what you got going on here a lot, and as such I can only offer some slight edits. Baleful strix and cloud of faeries are 100% better than any card that scrys or is unblockable. With that being said, Artificer's Assitant and Quickling are the weakest of your creatures, these two are easy switches. Quickling as we talked about actually doesn't synergize with your deck as much as it seems. Your alternate costs are much better, and I like what your doing with the splashy spells. With that being said, you are top heavy on splashy spells, I would cut at least beacon of tomorrows and karn's temporal sundering, as tapping out pre combat is bad for you. There is a black commander miracle spell, you want that in this deck, as well as the other weaker blue miracle cards. These are likely better that big spells you can't cast easily. I also think undaunted is a little weak, and although delve is te right idea, you don't actually fill your graveyard that much, so they actually look to be full retail for you most of the time. Instead, that rags //riches definitely comes in, as does discovery// dispersal, commit//memory, the mono black one that kills creatures or exiles, and decree of pain. Similarly desertion and snuff out are excellent compared to things like curse of the cabal and dead drop. I think dream halls is ok with some splashy cards and tutoring, omniscence is better than a time walk. You don't want to be all in on that angle, just have it be something you assemble. I think Omniscence/Enter the infinite is the late game combo you want. Abjure is absurd, I didn't know about that card. Now I do! It's under a 1$ I think I'll buy them all. Also, take another dive into cycling spells, especially boon of the wish giver and street wraith. Cheap cantrips with big CMC's are excellent and pair well with all the scrying you can do. You can set up miracle at instant speed that way. I like scheming symetery as also an ally maker for this reason.

Lastly, who you playing around with? Get that sol ring in their son! It is never ok to cut it!
