Did you delete Silence: I kill you? I'm thinking of doing some work on the lock, it might be good right now. There's a tempo control vaccum in modern, most decks are going to be aggressive and creature based (Affinity, eldrazi, burn, infect, zoo, merfolk, abzan value), combo oriented on their turn (goryo's vengeance, ad nauseum, storm), Midrange value (Jund, Abzan, b/w tokens), and big colorless control (eldrazi, Tron). There will be a few who try to reshape tempo control, and still combo with Kiki-Jiki. Delver variants will be the best at this. So silence or a fog on Isochron scepter invalidate many of these strategies. I want to optimize a list and try it out. Also, lifegain is really appealing for similar reasons.
