Are you undercity informering yourself? Sidenote: how do you win?
    • Greg DeSimone | 19-Apr-2013 15:33
i could undercity informer myself, but the original intent was to hit my enemies with it to kill them eventually. i thought that BG mill would be fun and unexpected.

i think this deck has a potential to be aggressive too. with blood artists and increasingly amounts of fleshbag mauraders i might be able push through a couple creatures if I am playing against a low number of creatures

Am I missing something or do you intend to undercity informer someone 20ish times? Also, every time you mill someone else, and if bloodbond is around, their crap is coming back. I would like to test how aggressive this deck could be against my green beef deck. I think the most godawful wretching that could happen would be a turn 4 bloodbond, turn 5 acidic with three already in your graveingyard and reducing someone's land to 0.

Also: Pawn of Ulamog. Playtesting would show the math, but a single Pawn would double your Undercitypower.

pawn makes a lot of sense, i like that better than balustrade spy i think

20ish seems high, by the time this deck would win (if it was going to win) i would think that it'd be more like 16-18. but yeah i dont think the bojuka bogs are going to do it, I am up for suggestions on graveyard hate. (i was thinking maybe deathrite shaman but i only have 2 and i don't feel like buying any)

There is lots of stuff in green and black that remove shiz from graveyard. Go to magiccards.ifo and search for <<<-o:flashback o:exile o:graveyard c!bg f:modern>>>

Suffer the Past is pretty awesome if you have the x mana. Haunting Echoes is excellent if you can get 15(?) or more cards in the grave

haunting echoes could definitely be a bomb.

i was also thinking skullsnatcher, it would let me bounce an unblocked creature back to my hand so that I could recast it to reanimate other dead things in my graveyard, that would be pretty sweet.

Good plan. Also, make your sideboard bigger, because there is nothing I enjoy more than scrolling seven to eight times to get between comments and looking at the deck.
