I dont get this one.. Like land detention? If you added colors you could use all those "this land produces any color mana your opponents could make". Also those land enchants that do damage would be useful if they only have 1 option left to cast their colored spells.

i guess. but that card is 7 mana, black and this is supposed to be strictly a one on one deck

And stricly do one or two damage each turn? Are you ever going to have seven mana to use? Are you ever going to play someone with a swamp? On turn 8 he'd swing for the win. Then again, if you hit someone for 2 damage each turn anyways, you win not that soon after.

well the overall idea behind the deck is that I want to shut down anything that costs 5 or more mana to cast. if someone gets a creature out that costs 5 im pretty much boned.
he is of the same theme (stealing lands) but he doesn't synergize the way I would like with the deck. also if he gets burned, exiled, bounced, or destroyed ALL lands get returned to their owners, not just the ones he stole, that might be a problem.

i still dunno how I feel about this deck, it straight up loses to goblins or anything hyper agressive, and it will probably be really inconsistent. but I also kinda want to try it because it looks like it might lead to hilarious games.

I agree. I think it'd be fun but I think you need to be stalling towards some sort of wincon. If not, eventually you will topdeck and they will topdeck and/or have a handful of land. A couple turns of you topdecking land is a couple turns of them dropping said lands. You're playing, essentially, mono blue control buuuuuut with no wincon. Puca's Mischief, I guess?

yeah puca's is for the inevitable 3 or 4 drop that gets down (like a 3/3 beast or something) that i trade my vedalken plotter/aven fogbringer for. I also added nephalia smugglers so that topdecking shouldn't be as much of a problem.
