This deck is all about returning to hand and coming back to trigger effects or to “reload” the units. One beneficial side effect here is to circumvent loyalty costs (Zhufbar, Dreamer of Dragons, Sea Master) by using Call for Reserves.
Illyriel is maybe the most important Unit, but very expensive. In order to get her the deck should use dreamer of dragon, Thyrus or the like in the kingdom zone and bounce them back once they are too weak. Illyriel can constantly bounce enemy units but also, very important, own units without having to pay for that.
The deck also needs resources for its tactics which should be stored in temples or by slowly building up the Zoo when not needing the resources directly.
